These fees encompass various services, including a site assessment, drafting of building plans, provision of copies and property information documents such as the Surveyor General diagram, zoning information, aerial photo, sewerage connection slip, and SANS 10400 XA calculations. Additionally, we handle the submission to the council and monitor the council-approved process. Finally, our services conclude with obtaining the approved plans.

All municipal fees from the City of Tshwane, site development plans, occupancy certificates, services of structural engineers, land surveyors, fire safety consultants, town planners, and any other additional requirements from the council not specified above are not included.

Conditions
If any as-built structure/s fail to adhere to the current National Building Regulations, Town Planning Scheme, or other relevant regulations, it will be the owner’s responsibility and at their own expense to rectify. B-plan Pro will not assume any responsibility in this regard.
